We went to Victoria Park Market. This is close to downtown. We bought some souvenirs. Originally, Victoria Park market was cleaning factory. There look just as it did in the old days. There are a lot of shops now. And we moved to downtown. We ate lunch. But, it was tastes awful. It is important for us to learn by experience. Then, I went back home. At dinner, we ate meat loaf. After dinner, I ate goody goody gum drop ice cream. I had it for the first time. It was so good. I like it. When I talk Jack, I said I will go back to Japan in a week. Then Jack looks sad. I’m sad, too. Jack is good boy. I love you. He is a meticulous nature, clever and so kind. When I go back to home, he asks me to play. He is full of vitality boy. He is cute. His brother is Riley. He always makes a mistake. It’s my name. Please remember my name.

We went to Harbor Bridge. We did Harbor Bridge walking. I’m scared of high place. It is so crazy. But, it’s fine today, so it’s beautiful scenery. We could watch sea birds, ship, sky tower, ocean and so on. When we climbed at the bridge, drivers waved to us. Kiwis are so kind. Then, we watched a bungee jumping from a close distance. It’s crazy! I can’t do it in my whole life. And we were interview by announcer. We were taken by TV camera. The announcer was so cute. We had a good time. But, I never had such a experience in the future. And we ate subway for lunch. Today is meatball day. It is so yummy. I became fat. I have double chin.

August 22 and 23

We went to sky tower tonight. We watched night view from sky tower. So beautiful. We had a good time there. We took many pictures. And we ate Korean food. It was delicious. And we looked a sky jump. It looks so frightening. I hate a high place. I am a few of heights. So, I can’t ride in a life time.
At class, we heard teacher’s story. Then, we played card game. We had a good time. We had fun everything. We took a composite photograph. It is so good. It cost $4!

Mana, Mana’s host mother and I went to Mt. Eden this morning. It was so beautiful view. We could watch view three hundred and sixty degrees. And we went to market. There are a lot of street vendor’s stalls. We ate cheese and ham roll. It is yummy. But, I want to eat waffle. After that, we went to one tree hill. There are many sheep and lambs. It is so cute. It is very small. Spring has come. We took many pictures. When I took picture, we met Shiori and Natsuki by chance. It is so funny. We could watch sky tower, Harbor Bridge, sheep, cow and so on. There is a big statue. It is Maori. Then, we moved New Market. We ate chicken ramen and yakisoba. It was different from Japanese one. But, it was delicious. And we did window shopping. We bought a cookie. It is so cute. And I called my mother. I gulp down my tears. When I listened my mother’s voice, I automatically tears. I want to go back to Japan. But, I enjoy my New Zealand now. It will be finished in a week. In New Zealand, daffodils begin to bloom now. Because of spring has come. It is so beautiful.

August 19

I ate KIWI burger fir the first time. It was so good. But, I got lost today. We went to St. Lukes shopping mall. When we went back our home, we rode another bus. So, we went in the opposite direction. I had a dreadful experience. We rode a bus at 5:30 p.m. But, I went back home at 6:40 p.m. My home is very cloth to St.Lukes.
And I went to Muriwai beach and ganet colony today. It was a violent wave. And smell is bad because of sea bird’s droppings. But, it was beautiful view. Sand of beach is black, because of sand containing iron. And we could watch a little seal! It was so cute. And we drank a hot chocolate. It’s so sweet. We ate a ice cream. It was yummy!
At school, we had an interview with Miora. She is teacher. Her hobby is tramping. She explained how to tools of tramping. It is very interesting.
After school, I read to my host children the book in English. It’s Kiwi’s book. I was nervous. But when I finished reading, my host family praised. I want to speak well more!

August 15

We cooked Muffin with Jesse. He is so funny. His cooking is noncommittal:) But, his muffin is so yummy. I cooked with Mana. Our muffins look like mushroom. But, it was delicious.
And when I watched TV at home, Dragon Ball Z started!! It is Japanese animated cartoon. When I was a child, I watched it. I like this animation. So good!!

And we will go to short trip tomorrow!! I'm looking forward to going Rotorua and Waitomo.

August 14

WE went to habour cruising. It was windy. So, it was a cold. But, I can see the beautiful sea a nd sky. We took many pictures. And there are free drink and snack. After cruising, we went to gift shop and duty-free shop. I wanna buy wallet!! It is cheaper than Japanese one. And wee went back home. My host father an mother have done bungee jump twice. So, we watched a video at that time. I cannot!! So crazy. And we talked about my scare thing. It was very interesting.

I saw this movie for the first time. Characters are Daniel, Miranda who is his wife, and three children. Three children like his father, Daniel. Daniel loves his family. He really loves his children. But, he doesn't share housework with his wife. So, he is bad husband to his wife. For the life for him, he wants to live with his children. So, he is disguised in woman’s clothes to see his children. He has good and miracle voice.

I like Mrs. Doubtfire. She is very funny. And she really thinks of his children. For example, she decided a time to do homework for children. She made many mistakes at first. But, she did housework and took care of children as hard as he could. She can draw Miranda and children's good point. She can heard Miranda’s troubles.

I think this movie's theme is bond, because they are deeply in love with each other. I could see the ties that bind parent and child together. Daniel really thinks of children. In this movie, he said “Children are my life.” When I saw this scene, I was impressed. I want a father like a Daniel. And he made children clean the room to do homework.

And I think this movie’s theme is acting, too. He has many voices. So, he could get a job as an emcee. And he could see his children as a housekeeper. The day of a retrial, Daniel said last message. But, the presiding judge said he can act, so his message is also lie. He is wonderful actor. Thanks to his act, his massage is not believed. But, his family believes him.

This story show real family’s bond. I thought this story is practical. It is good point that this story doesn’t be perfect everything. I like this movie. I want to see this movie again.

We visited Mt.Roskil. Intermediate. We looked science class and another class. In science class, we took part in experimentation.. It is electric. We were surprised at electroshock. But, it was very interesting. we can talk some girls student. A boy can speak Japanese. So funny. we will go to harbor cruising. I hope it will be sunny tomorrow.

We played with paper baroon. So funny. Jack blow in again and again. but, he can't! And host father showed dog tricks. When dog was a child, he teach him. So clever dog!

August 11
Today is Sonya's birthday. I gave a present. She looks happy. And I was happy! I could speak a lot of things today with my host family.We ate banana cake and ice cream. Hokey Pokey is sop delicious! I love this ice cream. And banana cake was made by my host father. I had a good time with my host family. And I went to Auckland museum. I watched Maori show. It was very cool! I like Maori. It was so funny. And today's bus driver can speak Japanese. His Japanese is so good.

August 12
Today was rainy day. Horse ridding is postponed. So, we went to Sylvia Park. I bought some foods for lunch. And I bought a cup and two pens. So tired! This shopping mall is too big. I drank a juice there. It is so good. But, bus was so late in this morning. So, we were late for class. NZ's bus is too late!! But, Japanese bus is a little fast.

I went to grand mother's house with my host family by car. I love driving. Grand mother spoke slowly for me. And she cooked branch. After we went back home, I played with Jack. Jack took photo with me. So cute. And we played basketball, baseball and camping ubder the table. I love Jack. And Sunia made banana cake for birthday. He is good father. Sunday is relax time. It is so nice.

August 8
Today is 08/08/08!!It is special! LUCKY!But I have a cold. I have a headache. Two children came to our home today. So cute:) I will go shopping tomorrow. I'm looking forward to going downtown. I love shopping. I will go there with Shiori, Natsuki and Mana. I made a crane with Origami. Sonya exhibited it on the wall I was glad!

August 9
I went shopping with my friends. But, it was rain today. Mana and I walked from house to station. It took 40 minutes!! We are so tired and got wet! And I took train in NZ for the first time. It was cheaper than Japanese one. At first, we went to Queen St. And we had lunch at Burger King. It was so good. Then, we went to New Market. I bought some clothes, boots, and souvenirs. And I bought present for birthday. When mother cook and take out hot food from an oven, she often use towel. So, I bought Nabe tukami. I hope she like it. And we had dinner at Japanese restaurant called Rikka. It was so so so good!!!! After I went back home, I watched "Titanic". This is my favorite movie!

August 6 and 7

August 6
I went shopping. I went to St. Lukes shopping mall. But, I bought only stickers, card and book. I enjoyed shopping! And I gave my family gifts which bought from Japan. They seemed to be glad. I was relieved. And I have a cold! So, I feel sluggish. I took some medicine. I 'm tired. And I will go to Kelly tarinton tomorrow. And NZ is too cold. I'm freezing!!!

August 7
I went to an aquarium called Kelly tarinton. There were a lot of penguins and fishes. There were some stingrays, too. And we rode a small red train. We could see penguins at close. They were so cute! But, Mana forgot her hat there. She looked so sad.

And we went to Panel road. We bought chocolates. It was very yummy!! Panel road is very historical place. After that, we went back to our school. We attended a class. We did roll playing and we did shaping and melting. We had a good time. And we bought a bus card. But, shopping assistant is bad!

And when I went back home, Riley kissed me!! I was so happy!! I love Riley. Then I ate curry for dinner. This wasn't hot. Japanese curry and rice is too hot for me. So, it was good! And rice was similar to Japanese. So, I like it! My host mother said "Do you miss rice?" So, I said "A little." Mother said, "I cook more!" I was glad. Thank you, mum. And we should examine my topic tomorrow. But, I don't decide my topic.

AUGUST 5

I went to sky tower. It was very high. I don't like high place. So, I was frightened. We took a lot of pictures there. And I bought some souvenirs. After that, we went to the beach called Mission bay. We looked a beautiful view and a lot of shells. And there are many pigeons and white birds.

And we went back to school. We ate lunch. We went to Subway. It was very nice fast food. And class was very fun! We studyed "Meet in the morning!!". Today, I did homework with my host family. BUt, my host family didn't know. So, host mother's mother called her. And she answered my host mother's questions. Thank you very much. My host family are so kind:)

I met my host family. Host mother is Sonya. She is 25 years old. Next Monday is her birthday. And host father is Sunia. He is from Tonga. And they have two sons. They are Jack and Riley. They are very cute and good boys. They have two dogs. These are big one and small one.
They told me how to go to school. I go to school by bus. I'm little nerves. And I can't listen well. So, I was sad. I don't have confidence. And we had a night flight. So, I was very tired today. But, my host families are very kind to me.
